Neighborhood Block Party (September 20, 2025)

Annual Neighborhood Block Party hosted by st-johns-portsmouth.

• Date & Time: Saturday, September 20, 2025, 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM EDT.
• Location: Washington Street (between London and Glasgow), in front of St. John's historic worship space (424 Washington St, Portsmouth, VA).
• Music: Live music by Allen Hudson and the Halfmoons (local Portsmouth alternative rock).
• Offerings: Food from local vendors, plus beer, wine, soda, and water for purchase. (No outside food or beverages allowed.)
• Activities: Activities for children and dancing in the streets. Attendees should bring their own folding chairs.
